Welcome to www.geowoodpuzzles.com. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase of the wooden puzzle map. If you need to return or exchange an item for any reason, please read the following terms carefully:
- Return Policy
●Return Period: You have 14 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
●Return Conditions: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all original accessories and tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return request if the item has been used or damaged. - Exchange Policy
●Exchange Period: You have 14 days from the date you received the item to request an exchange.
●Exchange Conditions: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all original accessories and tags attached. If you wish to exchange for a different product, please indicate this in your request. - How to request a return or exchange
Please follow the steps below to request a return or exchange:
● Contact Customer Service: Please contact oakenfield@geowoodpuzzles.com via email with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
● Obtain a Return Authorization: We will respond to you with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions upon receipt of your request.
● Return the item: Please return the item as instructed, making sure you use a trackable postal method to ensure safe delivery of the package. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or sent in error. - Refund Processing
● Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in a condition that allows for a return, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider. - Non-returnable products
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following:
